Dear Eurotrack friends,

We would like to welcome you on EUROTRACK 2025 exhibition in Zagreb, Croatia, May 9-11, 2025. Here are some important information about the event.

Plan for the Exhibition:

• Wednesday, May 7 – Setting layouts from 08:00 to 20:00
• Thursday, May 8 – Setting layouts from 08:00 to 20:00
• Friday, May 9 – Exhibition time 12:00 – 20:00 (end of tests 08:00 – 11:00)
• Saturday, May 10 – Exhibition time 10:00 – 20:00
• Sunday, May 11 – Exhibition time 10:00 – 18:00, disassembly 18:00 – 22:00
• Monday, May 12 – Program + (more in Information No.2), disassembly 08:00 – 14:00

With this Information we would like to inform all exhibitors about agreed activities during exhibition time as well as give all necessary information to make your live easier during setting time and during exhibition. 

• Upon arrival in Pavilion 1 in Family mall center obligation is to register in Organizing Committee room to get all necessary materials, accreditation etc.
• All participants will get vouchers for food (lunch) for all exhibition days. Lunch will be in FOODY restaurant in Family mall center daily:
  • Friday 10:30 – 14:30
  • Saturday 10:30 – 14:30
  • Sunday 10:30 – 14:30 (possible time adaptation)
• Vouchers for food have value of 8 EUR covering food in mentioned amount and drinks are on your own.
• Refreshment drinks will be available in Organizing Committee room. Drinks will be placed in refrigerator. Every donation of drinks is welcome. Please add drinks what you want to drink during the day. Mentioned room will also be a meeting place with participants.
• Every day all exhibitors are kindly asked to be present beside their layouts half an hour before exhibition starts and 15 minutes after closing.
• Joint dinner for all exhibitors will take place on Saturday, May 10 from 20:15 – 22:00 in BATAK restaurant in Family mall center. Grill dinner is 25€ and it is expected that each participant covers his own drink.
• General assembly meeting will take place in Foody restaurant on Sunday, May 11, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
